I have copies and screenshots that's undisputable so now they just ignore me. When confronted with their lies and blatant theft, they just keep refusing me assistance and close my support inquiries AS WELL AS removing every message they send to me so I can only see what I wrote. Even though i provided pics of them doing the exact things they deny doing and saying, they still won't pay the money I'm owed. Mercari won't let them pay me because they want to keep my money. Ups wants to pay my claim and I have all the records of such. I am owed a large amount of money for 2 separate transactions for carrier damages and lost package.
